Fleet Electrical & Safety Direct approached Hi 2 Events with a clear brief - it needed a travel incentive to motivate its distribution network to achieve higher sales figues. The programme was open to 500 outlets accross the U.K. divided into 4 regions and 20 of the best achievers from each region were given the VIP treatment.

It can be difficult to put together an event that leaves all delegates excited about what's going to happen and where they are going.  This event was planned to give all the participants the best possible reward for their efforts. There were plenty of activities laid on as well as giving enough time for people to chlll out if they wanted.

A 2hr 30 minute flight got participants to the Agarve midday, after a 30 minute transfer to the Vila Vita Park Resort the group was welcomed with a drink and a buffet lunch overlooking the ocean.  The rest of the afternoon was free for sightseeing and relaxation, in the evening the group enjoyed a welcome dinner at the nearby Hotel Grande Real Santa Eulalia. 

The remainder of the programme incorporated, among other things, Golf, Jeep safari, and an evening sailing along the Algarve coast.

It was definitely a massive success and it's inspired the client to have a more regular focus on travel.
