Dear Elaine.
As a commercial property agency (and bearing in mind the current climate) we weren't expecting much more than a bit of profile raising from the Leicester Business Exhibition but we have already had a couple of instructions directly from the exhibition - and that is all we really need for it to have been a worthwhile exercise! I imagine we'll be signing up for next year.

There are plenty of companies that provide an event management package, but I don't think that there are any in the area that can compete with you on either price or service.
The Hotel was perfect, the food brilliant and the overall atmosphere and organisation could not be faulted. The coach event that you suggested and organised for the group was particularly popular and was a day not to be forgotten.
We have already spoken about the next two projects that we are looking forward to running through you, which I think says it all.
I will certainly continue to recommend your service whole heartedly to my clients and anybody considering organising an event. Speak to Elaine first before talking to anybody else - you will not be disappointed in the event she can put together for you.

I just wanted to drop you a brief line to say a big thank you from both myself and all the others involved in the recent conference/working break you organised for us to the Algarve.
Your ability to plan the package following initial outline discussions reduced the amount of work we had to carry out in house, but more appreciated by all involved, was to put together a much better package while keeping within our budget.
Your presence on the trip ensured all the planned activities went off without a hitch and your local knowledge again allowed us to get the most out of a long weekend.

I felt it necessary to put this in writing, as we were so impressed with the organisation skill's you have shown in organising our conference in the Algarve. Right from the start the information prior to the trip was exact, relevant and useful but not over the top.
It seemed right from arriving at the airport that you were on the case not in your face but just the right amount of guidance that made us feel guided but not hassled.
On our arrival at Faro airport again we were guided and assisted. We were given useful commentrary on the coach.
On arrival at the Hotel we, and when I say that, I mean everyone I spoke to were impressed with the quality, location and levels of service offered by the Hotel. The food was also exceptional.
After our conference you had organised a trip for the Sunday to see the local area, this we felt had been judged very well with a small amount of travelling and a good amount of time to take in the weather and local area. You once again excelled yourself with the Fish Restaurant at lunch time, a perfect location along with divine food.
The return trip was of a similar quality to our out bound trip.
The only complaint - don't let us book another trip to the Algarve unless it's at least a day longer, there was suggestion in the Group that we should make a week of it next time. But the cost of the speakers would make it unviable for a week.

Thank you so much for putting on your promotion event and fundraising for LOROS through the raffle. The evening was such a lovely occasion and the entertainment was top class. I have pleasure in enclosing a LOROS Thank You certificate for the £1200 that was raised from the raffle, in recognition of your hard work and efforts.
The first patients were admitted to the hospice on 2nd September 1985 and in the 21 years since opening it is estimated that LOROS has cared for over 19,000 terminally-ill patients from the Leicestershire & Rutland area. It is with great thanks to the local community and businesses, through donations and fundraising that LOROS is able to raise the much needed funds to provide the vast range of services, which are offered without and charge to patients and their families.
Your support of our charity is hugely appreciated and I hope you will continue joining in some of the various LOROS events throughout the year and I look forward to seeing you again very soon.
